In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. This information is given pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation on the protection of personal data).

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are information not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but which, by their nature, could through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the server response status (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on this website and/or the filling out of any data collection forms entails the subsequent acquisition of the data necessary to respond to the requests.
This site uses exclusively technical cookies and anonymized analytical cookies. Technical cookies are necessary to ensure correct navigation and functionality of the site and do not require consent. Analytical cookies, managed via Google Analytics 4, are configured to collect information in aggregate and pseudonymized form, without directly identifying the user. No profiling or tracking for advertising purposes is performed.
Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses: the user’s IP is automatically anonymized server-side by Google, according to the guidelines provided by the Privacy Authority.
The site may also integrate content from external services such as Google Maps, which may generate technical or service cookies managed directly by the third party according to their own policies.
No contact forms or personal data collections through forms are present.

In this case, the legitimate interest is represented by the activity strictly necessary for the functioning of the website and the provision of the navigation service on the platform.
